How it feels
A busy newspaper editor has a little girl named Baby Peggy as his secretary. When a valuable necklace is stolen, he promises a promotion to the reporter who solves the case. Baby Peggy takes the chance and chases the thieves with disguises and tricks, helped by the reluctant office boy.
