Syntynyt terve tyttö on Ilmari Unhon ohjaama suomalainen elokuva, joka valmistui vuonna 1943. Elokuva perustuu Valentinin näytelmään Syntynyt terve tyttö (1941). Sota-aikaista elokuvaa on aikoinaan mainostettu ”haikarapoliittiseksi hupailuksi”. Päähenkilö Ireene Helasuo on lapsettomien yhdistyksen puheenjohtaja, joka ei halua lapsia.
