What happens
Tositarkoituksella (ruots. Skämt undanbedes) on Valentin Vaalan ohjaama mustavalkoinen romanttinen komedia vuodelta 1943. Se oli järjestyksessä toinen kirjailija Kersti Bergrothin eli Tetin, Vaalan ja Lea Joutsenon yhteistyönä syntynyt komedia sekä ensimmäinen elokuva, jossa Joutseno oli mukana myös käsikirjoittajana. Sota-ajan tähtikomedienneksi luonnehditun Joutsenon roolina on ministerin tytär Anja Leiste, joka haluaa valloittaa agronomi Arotien (Olavi Reimas). Tämän ihannenainen on rivakka uurastaja, jollaiseksi seurapiirineiti päättää muuttua. Anja ilmoittautuu vapaaehtoiseen työpalveluun ja pääsee keittiöapulaiseksi Raudanhovin kartanoon, jossa hänet tunnetaan toisella nimellään Iida. Hän ei osaa yhtään mitään, mutta vähitellen hurmaa kaikki iloisella luonteellaan.
