Herra sotaministeri on Aarne Tarkaksen ohjaama vuonna 1957 valmistunut suomalainen elokuva. Satiiri kertoo vertailuviraston pikkuvirkailija Kalle Järvisestä (Pentti Siimes), joka ajautuu sotaministeriksi. Kuulopuheiden mukaan elokuvasta poistettiin Elokuvatarkastamon vaatimuksesta loppukohtaus, jossa eksynyt putkimies (Masa Niemi) saapuu ministeriöön ja hänet palkataan uudeksi sotaministeriksi.
