1961-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മലയാള ചലച്ചിത്രമാണ് ജ്ഞാനസുന്ദരി. അസോസിയേറ്റഡ് പ്രൊഡ്യൂസേഴ്സും ഫിലിംകൊ പ്രൊഡക്ഷനും ചേർന്ന് അസോസിയേറ്റഡിന്റെ ബാനറിൽ നിർമിച്ചതാണ് ഈ ചിത്രം. നിർമാതാവ് റ്റി.ഇ. വസുദേവനാണ്. മുട്ടത്തുവർക്കി തിരക്കഥയും സംഭാഷണവു രചിച്ചപ്പോൾ അഭയദേവ് ഗാനങ്ങളുടെ രചനയും നിർവഹിച്ചു. വി. ദക്ഷിണാമൂർത്തിയാണ് ഇതിലെ പത്തു ഗാനങ്ങൾക്കും സംഗിത സംവിധാനം നിർവഹിച്ചത്. ആദി എം ഇറാനിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ മെല്ലി ഇറാനിയാണ് ഇതിന്റെ ച്ഛായാഗ്രഹണം നിർവഹിച്ചത്. ഇതിന്റെ ശബ്ദലേഖനം നിർവഹിച്ചത് എം. കൃഷ്ണന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ സി.വി.സി ശേഖറാണ്. ആർ.ബി.എസ്. മണി രംഗസംവിധാനവും, കെ. രാമൻ വേഷവിധാനവും, എം. എസ്. മണി ചിത്രസംയോജനവും നിർവഹിച്ചു. കെ.എസ്. സേതുമാധവനാണ് ചിത്രം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തത്. വിജയ-വാഹിനി സ്റ്റുഡിയോകളിൽ ചിത്രീകരണം പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചു.
