บันทึกรักของพิมพ์ฉวี เป็นภาพยนตร์ไทยแนวชีวิต จินตนิยม ขนาด 16 มม. สีธรรมชาติ พากย์สด ปี พ.ศ. 2505 สร้างโดยจินดาวรรณภาพยนตร์ กำกับโดยศิริ ศิริจินดา นำแสดงโดยมิตร ชัยบัญชา, เพชรา เชาวราษฎร์และชฎาพร วชิระปราณี ถือเป็นภาพยนตร์ เรื่องแรกของเพชรา เชาวราษฎร์ เข้าฉายครั้งแรกเมื่อวันที่ 24 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2505 ที่โรงภาพยนตร์ศาลาเฉลิมกรุง เคยถูกนำมาเป็นละครวิทยุคณะกันตนามาก่อน จากบทประพันธ์ของ ประดิษฐ์ กัลย์จาฤก ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2524 เป็นละครโทรทัศน์ทางช่อง 7 มีนางเอกคือ อุทุมพร ศิลาพันธ์ ได้รับคัดเลือกขึ้นทะเบียนเป็น มรดกภาพยนตร์ของชาติ เนื่องในโอกาสวันอนุรักษ์หนังไทย เมื่อเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2555 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
