The Naval Battle of 1894 (originaltittel: Jia wu feng yun) er en kinesisk krigsfilm fra 1962 regissert av Lin Nong. Handlingen er lagt til tiden like før og i starten av den første kinesisk-japanske krig. Den japanske marinen utfører provokasjoner mot den kinesiske marinen for å teste dens forsvarsverker. Enkelte på den kinesiske siden er villige til å gjøre innrømmelser for å unngå krig, mens andre er fast bestemt på å kjempe. Når Japan invaderer møter de sterk motstand fra noen kinesiske marineoffiserer som nedlegger en heroisk innsats for å forhindre invasjonen. Ledende roller spilles av Li Moran, Pu Keh, Wang Qiuying, Pang Xueqin, Li Jie og Zhou Wenbin. Filmen ble svært populær i Kina. Den ble kåret til beste film ved Hundred Flowers Awards i 1964 (delt med Waves on the South-China Sea og After Armistice). Filmen er også kjent under den engelske tittelen The Battle of 1894.
