לופו בניו יורק הוא סרט ישראלי קומי, השייך לסוגת "סרטי געפילטע פיש", בכיכובם של יהודה ברקן וגבי עמרני שיצא לאקרנים בשנת 1976. זהו סרט המשך לסרט "לופו" משנת 1970. שיר הנושא של הסרט, "ענן לבן", שנכתב על ידי אהוד מנור והולחן על ידי יאיר רוזנבלום, מבוצע על ידי סוזי מילר וחנן יובל. שיר נוסף מתוך הסרט הוא "גשם אחרון" (שנודע בהמשך בביצועה של להקת פיקוד הצפון).
