מסע אלונקות הוא סרט קולנוע ישראלי משנת 1977 בבימויו של ג'אד נאמן עם מוני מושונוב, גידי גוב, שלמה בראבא ודליק ווליניץ בתפקידים הראשיים. הסרט פרץ דרך חדשה בגישתו הביקורתית של הקולנוע הישראלי כלפי האתוס הצבאי. את התסריט כתבו דניאל הורוביץ, קובי ניב, רחל נאמן ורנן שור, והצילום נעשה על ידי חנניה בר. הבמאי, ג'אד נאמן, שירת בנח"ל המוצנח ובחטיבת הצנחנים כקצין לוחם ומאוחר יותר כרופא גדודי. הפסקול הוקלט על ידי להקת ששת, ויצא לאור כתקליט. סרט זה היה מהסרטים הראשונים בנושא של התאבדויות בצה"ל. בשנת 2014 יצא הסרט לראשונה בפורמט DVD, ובשנת 2016 ערך נאמן רסטורציה לסרט.
