แหกค่ายนรกเดียนเบียนฟู เป็นภาพยนตร์ไทยที่ออกฉายในปี พ.ศ. 2520 ถ่ายทำด้วยฟิล์ม 35 มม. พากย์เสียงในฟิล์ม กำกับโดยชุมพร เทพพิทักษ์ จากบทประพันธ์ของประจิม วงศ์สุวรรณ มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับค่ายกักกันแห่งหนึ่งของฝ่ายคอมมิวนิสต์ที่เมืองเดียนเบียนฟู จังหวัดเดี่ยนเบียน ทางทิศตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือของเวียดนาม ที่มีคนไทยถูกจับตัวไปขัง ฝ่ายพระเอกจึงบุกเข้าไปชิงตัว พร้อมกับทำลายค่ายจนราบคาบ ภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้เป็นภาพยนตร์โฆษณาชวนเชื่อเพื่อต่อต้านคอมมิวนิสต์ ไม่ได้มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับสมรภูมิเดียนเบียนฟูที่มีชื่อเสียงระหว่างฝรั่งเศสกับเวียดมินห์ เมื่อเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2497 (ค.ศ. 1954) ที่จบลงด้วยความพ่ายแพ้ของฝรั่งเศส ทั้งที่มียุทโธปกรณ์เหนือกว่าแต่อย่างใด ภาพยนตร์สร้างโดยฮอลลีวู้ดภาพยนตร์ ของชุมพร เทพพิทักษ์ ได้รับรางวัลจากพิธีประกาศผลรางวัลตุ๊กตาทอง ครั้งที่ 11 ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2520 ได้แก่ ภาพยนตร์ยอดเยี่ยม ผู้กำกับยอดเยี่ยม - ชุมพร เทพพิทักษ์ กำกับภาพยอดเยี่ยม - สราวุฒิ วุฒิชัย ออกแบบและสร้างฉากยอดเยี่ยม - อุไร ศิริสมบัติ (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
