פצעי בגרות 80 או בקיצור פצעי בגרות הוא סרט נעורים ישראלי משנת 1980 שכתב וביים זאב רווח. זהו סרטו היחיד של זאב רווח כבמאי בלבד ואינו מופיע כשחקן. רווח כתב את התסריט לאחר שהאזין שעות רבות להקלטות של בני נוער שסיפרו על הרגלי המין והסמים שלהם, והתייחסותם לפערי המעמדות והמוצא האתני. את המוזיקה חיבר גרי אקשטיין והוא מופיע במספר שירים בסרט עם להקת "סתיו" (מוטי דיכנה, יאיר שרגאי, דריו מלכי ושלמה חממי).
