Bu gu cui chun er en kinesisk dramafilm fra 1982 regissert av Jia Shihong. Filmen handler om en driftig mann som velges til direktør for sitt hjemsteds lokale produksjonsteam og som iverksetter reformer som løfter landsbyen ut av fattigdom. Hovedrollen spilles av Jin Xin.
