Zan men de niu bai sui er en kinesisk dramafilm fra 1983 regissert av Zhao Huanzhang. Handlingen er lagt til en landsby i Shandong-provinsen. Et medlem av landsbykomiteen samler en gruppe på fem mennesker som ingen vil ansette og gjør dem til et produktivt arbeidslag. Hovedrollen spilles av Qinggang Liang. Den ble kåret til beste film ved Hundred Flowers Awards (delt med Ward 16 og The Story Shouldn't Had Happend) og tildelt prisen for fremragende film ved Huabiao Awards (delt med flere filmer).
