בית שאן: סרט מלחמה הוא סרט ישראלי מ-1996 העוסק במועדון הכדורגל הפועל בית שאן ובמאמצי ההישרדות של הקבוצה בליגה הלאומית (הליגה הבכירה דאז), במסגרת עונת 1994/1995. בסרט מוצגת הצלחתה של הקבוצה כנגד כל הסיכויים להישאר בליגה הלאומית. הסרט מתעד את ההתרגשות והתקוות של תושבים רבים בעיר בית שאן לקראת משחק מכריע של הקבוצה המקומית מול מכבי חיפה. הסרט עוקב אחר חלק מהשחקנים ואנשי הקבוצה באימונים, במשחקים ובחיי היומיום האישיים. הסרט נחשב לפורץ דרך בתעשיית הסרטים הדוקומנטריים בישראל. הסרט זכה בפרס אופיר לסרט התיעודי הטוב ביותר לשנת 1996.
