What happens
Signal C.Q הייתה תוכנית ללימוד אנגלית לכיתה ז' שהופקה על ידי הטלוויזיה החינוכית בשנת 1991. לסדרה הופקו חמישה פרקים. התוכנית מבוססת על התוכנית הלימודית "גבי ודבי" שיצאה בשנת 1976 שגם היא הייתה מיועדת ללימוד אנגלית לכיתה ז'. בדומה ל"Signal C.Q", גם בסדרה זו מופיע כלי קסם המאפשר לגיבוריה לנוע במרחב ולחקור מקומות שונים בעולם: בגבי ודבי הגיבורים השתמשו במקל קסמים, שבזכותו הם יכולים לנוע במרחב ולהגיע לכל מקום בעולם על ידי נגיעה בחוד המקל במפה כלשהי, ואילו ב-"Signal C.Q" השתמשו הגיבורים, מיקי ודונה בכדור בדולח. את הדמויות הראשיות בגרסה המקורית של 1976 גילמו גבי אוטרמן בתפקיד גבי ורוזי ניומן בתפקיד דבי.
