The 3D catalogue: film cases on wooden shelves, with the cat sitting at the counter next to its greeting.

The catalogue in 3D

The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this film is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.

What happens

„Stebuklų laukas“ (angl. Field of Magic) – lietuviškas gamtininko Mindaugo Survilos per ketverius metus sukurtas dokumentinis filmas (2011 m.), 62 min. trukmės. Filmo premjera įvyko 2011 m. rugsėjo 27 – spalio 9 d. rengtame 5-ajame Tarptautiniame Kauno kino festivalyje. 2012 m. „Sidabrinės gervės“ apdovanojimuose pripažintas geriausiu ilgametražio dokumentinio filmo kategorijoje, taip pat dar kuriamas filmas 2009 m. pelnė geriausiai išvystyto projekto apdovanojimą „Golden Funnel” Rytų Europos Forume Jihlavoje (Čekija). Filmą sukurti gamtininką paskatino daktarės Donatos Petružytės kuriamas mokslinis projektas. Ji pakvietė režisierių Mindaugą Survilą pafilmuoti žmones, daugiau nei 20 metų gyvenančius Budos miške, netoli Kariotiškių sąvartyno Vilniaus rajone. Medžiaga filmui buvo rinkta ketverius metus, nufilmuota daugiau nei 140 valandų, kurios galiausiai sutilpo į valandos trukmės filmą. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
