Jedes Jahr im August kommen Tausende von Wallfahrern zur Verehrung des heiligen Bartholomäus an den Strand des nordportugiesischen Dorfes Mar. Die Prozession führt Menschen verschiedenen Alters und sozialer Herkunft für kurze Zeit zusammen.
