Tuntematon pakolainen on vuonna 2016 ensi-iltansa saanut dokumenttielokuva, jonka on ohjannut Hamy Ramezan. Dokumentissa stand up-koomikko Ali Jahangiri ja ohjaaja Ramezan matkustavat pakolaisvirran mukana Kreikan Lesboksen saarelta Balkanin halki kohti Suomea. Elokuvaa kuvattiin marraskuussa 2015 noin kolmen viikon ajan. Tuntematon pakolainen sai maailmanensi-iltansa Tampereen elokuvajuhlilla 10.3.2016. Elokuva palkittiin kotimaisen kilpailun voittajana yli 30-minuuttisten elokuvien sarjassa. Elokuva oli myös yleisön suosikki.
