What happens
The Rules for Everything er en norsk dramafilm fra 2017. Filmen er produsert av Yngve Sæther for Motlys og er den første spillefilmen til illustratør og musiker Kim Hiorthøy som står bak manus, regi og musikk. Filmen følger 10-årige Storm (Tindra Hillestad Pack) som forsøker å finne svarene på de vanskelige spørsmål i livet når faren forsvinner. Filmen vant to priser under Amandaprisen 2017: beste kvinnelige birolle (Sarah Francesca Brænne) og beste foto (Øystein Mamen). I tillegg var den nominert i ytterligere fire klasser: beste regi (Hiorthøy), beste kvinnelige skuespiller (Hillestad Pack), beste produksjonsdesign/scenografi (Maria Ducasse) og beste musikk (Hiorthøy).
