זאפ לראשון הייתה רצועת הילדים היומית של הערוץ הראשון, אשר שודרה בין השנים 1989–2006 ובמסגרתה שודרו תוכניות הילדים והנוער של הערוץ הראשון. בראשיתה, ב-1989, הרצועה הועברה במתכונת מצומצמת מאוד תחת השם הפשוט "תוכניות הילדים והנוער" אולם ב-1994 הרצועה עברה למתכונת נרחבת של שידור חי מאולפן עם מנחים.
