חוצה ישראל הייתה תוכנית ראיונות אישית מבית הטלוויזיה החינוכית אשר שודרה בין השנים 2001–2018. התוכנית עוסקת בחברה הישראלית ובתהליכים המעצבים אותה במגוון תחומי חיים: מדע, תרבות, כלכלה, פוליטיקה ועוד. בכל תוכנית מתארח מרואיין יחיד אשר מביא פרשנות, רקע והארות לנושא שעל סדר היום. את התוכנית הנחה בתחילה דב אלבוים ולאחריו הנחה אותה רינו צרור בין השנים 2006-2010. בדצמבר 2008 ערך צרור את הריאיון האחרון עם דודו טופז. מדצמבר 2010 הנחה אותה קובי מידן. התוכנית האחרונה של חוצה ישראל שודרה בחודש מאי 2018. התוכנית זכתה בפרס האקדמיה לטלוויזיה כתוכנית האירוח הטובה ביותר ארבע פעמים, בשנים: 2004, 2006, 2010, 2014.
