היחידה היא תוכנית מציאות תיעודית ישראלית שנוצרה והופקה על ידי סוכנות ADD עבור רשת HOT. התוכנית מציגה עשרה ידוענים ישראלים שכביכול "מתגייסים" לצה"ל. במהלך הסדרה, הידוענים, לבושים במדי צה"ל, משרתים ב״משמעת צבאית״, עוברים אימונים ותרגילים צבאיים ומקימים להקה צבאית עימה הם מופיעים מול חיילי צה"ל בבסיסים שונים. העונה הראשונה של התוכנית שודרה בין 9 בספטמבר - 12 בנובמבר 2014 בערוץ HOT3. העונה השנייה עלתה לשידור ב-11 במאי 2016. העונה השלישית עלתה לשידור ב-HOT3 ב-2 בספטמבר 2018.
