16 ukers helvete er et norsk underholdningsprogram på TV Norge, basert på det svenske programmet Den stora hälsoresan. Programleder er Martin Johnsrud Sundby, som har med seg klinisk ernæringsfysiolog Anette Skarpaas Ramm. Konseptet går ut på at seks kjendiser skal komme i bedre form, både gjennom trening og endret kosthold.
