Team Pølsa er en norsk realityserie på NRK hvor seks unge mennesker med ulike funksjonsvariasjoner, sammen med lagleder Øystein «Pølsa» Pettersen, tester og utfordrer grenser innen sosiale, fysiske og psykiske utfordringer. De to første sesongene vant henholdsvis tre priser under Gullruten 2025 og fire priser under Gullruten 2026, og ble blant annet kåret til beste reality- og livsstilsprogram under begge utdelingene.
