The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. How it feels
This Finnish series follows vintage dealers Mike and Tomppa and graphic artist Ulrika as they run their shop and go on trips to find old treasures. Each episode introduces other collectors and fans of 20th century American-style items.

What happens
Vintage-valtakunta on Yle TV1 -kanavalla keväästä 2018 alkaen esitetty dokumentaarinen viihdesarja. Sen päähenkilöitä ovat helsinkiläiset vintage-esineiden kauppiaat Mike Kairenius ja Tomppa Kekäläinen sekä graafikko ja burleskiartisti Ulrika Bachér. Ohjelma pyörii heidän vintage-liikkeensä ja tavaranhankintamatkojensa ympärillä. Liike sijaitsi alkuun Helsingin Jätkäsaaressa ja toisesta tuotantokaudesta alkaen entisellä Union-huoltamolla Tuusulassa. Jokaisessa jaksossa tavataan muitakin outojen esineiden ja 1900-luvun amerikkalaistyylisen tavarakulttuurin harrastajia ja asiantuntijoita. Kairenius ja Kekäläinen kertovat neuvotelleensa kolmen tv-tuotantoyhtiön kanssa ennen kuin suostuivat Yellow Film & TV -yhtiön kehittämään ohjelmakonseptiin.
