How it feels
A farm girl leaves home for Helsinki because her sister-in-law is cruel. She works in a factory and is seduced by a young engineer. Her father then steps in to handle the situation.

Vieraalla maaperällä (esitettiin myös nimellä Vieraalla maalla tai Vieraalla pohjalla) on vuonna 1914 kuvattu suomalainen mykkäelokuva, jonka on ohjannut Kaarle Halme ja käsikirjoittanut Yrjö Weijola. Elokuva sai ensi-iltansa 5. lokakuuta 1914 Lyyra-teatterissa Helsingissä. Elokuva kertoo torpan tyttärestä, joka lähtee veljensä vaimon ilkeyden vuoksi Helsinkiin. Hän saa työpaikan tehtaassa, jossa tulee nuoren insinöörin viettelemäksi, mikä saa tytön isän puuttumaan tilanteeseen. Elokuva on tuhoutunut. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
