The catalog in 3D
The same catalog has a room you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real games from it when you tell them what you feel like playing. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this game is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.
How it feels
A relentlessly tense crawl through dark corridors where every bullet counts and danger lurks behind every corner.

About
Resident Evil Code: Veronica X is a port of the original game with additional content comprised of improved graphics along with an extra nine minutes of cutscenes. The character Steve had his hairstyle changed to have a noticeable fringe, and no longer proudly shows his forehead. This change was made to all cutscenes that feature him, as well as to the family photograph he carries with him. Apart from these changes, the game is almost the same as the original one.
What players say
A tense, atmospheric survival horror entry with eerie sound design, limited ammo, and a punishing save system that keep players constantly on edge. Regarded by many fans as one of the series' best, though the visuals had aged by this PS2 port.
