Paimen, piika ja emäntä (Vi kämpa för fädernesgården) on suomalainen mustavalkoinen draamaelokuva vuodelta 1938. Se perustuu Auni Nuolivaaran romaaniin Isäntä ja emäntä (1937). Elokuva sijoittuu 1900-luvun vaihteen Pohjois-Hämeeseen Längelmäen Västilään. Ukonniemen Katri saa piian paikan Ruuhiniemestä, jonka isännyydestä käydään rajua taistelua. Katri auttaa taistelussa talon tosiasiallista isäntää, Santeria. Pahin vihollinen on juonitteleva kauppias Tervola, joka yrittää saada Ruuhiniemen hallintaansa.
