Elokuva kertoo ruotsalaisessa pikkukaupungissa asuvasta suomalaisesta leskirouvasta (Tea Ista), kouluikäisten lasten yksinhuoltajasta, joka kärsii lemmenkaipuusta ja seksuaalisesta tyhjiöstä.
