What happens
Mommilan veriteot 1917 on vuonna 1973 ensi-iltansa saanut, tositapahtumiin perustuva elokuva aikansa Suomen rikkaimman miehen Alfred Kordelinin murhasta. Elokuvan on ohjannut paremmin teatteriohjaajana tunnettu Jotaarkka Pennanen ja tuottanut Jörn Donner. Käsikirjoitus tilattiin kirjailija Paavo Haavikolta ja varatuomari Jukka Kemppiseltä. Varsinainen elokuvakäsikirjoitus syntyi kuitenkin ohjaajan, kuvaaja Heikki Katajiston ja apulaisohjaaja Pekka Lehdon yhteistyönä. Kemppisen ja Haavikon versio julkaistiin myöhemmin kirjana. Kordelinia elokuvassa näytteli tamperelainen näyttelijä Reino Kalliolahti, joka esitti siinä ainoan pääroolinsa valkokankaalla. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
