Yhden yön hinta on Edvin Laineen ohjaama elokuva vuodelta 1952. Elokuva on dokumentaarissävyinen kuvaus helsinkiläisten rikospoliisien yhden yön työstä. Käsikirjoituksen laati Juha Nevalainen Hugo Nousiaisen romaanin Yöpäivystäjät (1949) pohjalta. Nousiainen oli poliisi. Hän oli ensin poliisina Viipurissa 1936–1940 ja sotien jälkeen Helsingissä Rikostutkimuskeskuksen laboratoriossa. Vuodesta 1952 hän työskenteli toimittajana Viikkosanomissa.
